How come the world`s largest democracy denied permanent member of UN Security Council? UN needs to revamp itself as the world today is multi polar. Not only India, but it also needs to include large countries from every continent including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Nigeria, Saudi, South Africa etc.

The UN and other members of the security Council want to maintain its relevance in the 21st century, then it needs to be more inclusive and open to join other large countries to voice their opinion in world affairs. As the most populous country in the world, India needs a greater role in world affairs. When there are small countries represented in UN Security Council, why not India?

Given geo political scenario, it is not possible to acquire a permanent seat at UN.
